How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Are Rosefield watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a 3 ATM water resistance rating, meaning they are resistant to light splashes and rain, but should not be worn while swimming or showering.

How do I adjust the strap of my mesh watch?
Each mesh strap order includes a small tool to help you slide the clasp along the band. Simply flip the locking mechanism up, slide to your desired fit, and press it back down.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Rosefield watches and jewelry come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
