Carefully pack your items in their original Rosefield packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
